The song and video that always calms me down, Boards of Canada - Dayvan Cowboy. I frequently put this song on repeat while I’m at work to be able to really focus. Right now, I just need something to calm me down to get ready for another work week.
The video uses footage from Joseph Kittinger’s 1960 parachute jump from the Excelsior III from a height of 102,800 feet. He set multiple records in all aspects of his jump and has an amazing story. Check out his wiki, watch the video and try not to hold your breath.
