How does one really go about getting jewelry custom made?

I’ve wanted to tattoo the insides of my wrists for quite awhile, but older wiser is getting the best of me.

One of the ideas comes from a bracelet in a book, so maybe my urge could be resolved with a recreation. As for the other wrist, I’d like to try a word necklace, but instead of “sexy” or “caroline” use the two letters and symbol I want.

Either way, I keep hitting this point where I find myself returning so strongly to certain thoughts and ideals that I feel I need to put them on myself at all times. That it is me and I am it.
