oven baked bacon > stove top pan fry bacon

You can make the bacon absolutely perfect to your liking, with more flavor, less burning and less of the smoke. Oh, and no popping in your face.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cover a sheet pan with foil, lay bacon out in a single layer.
  3. Bake in oven til desired state
    1. 13 mins for limp still pink
    2. 15 mins for crisp edges
    3. 17 mins for crisp bacon all around
    4. 20 mins for hard crisp

 Seriously, it’s worth the time.
