I have always worried that my lack of any college experience at all is offending and cheapening the value of those that I’ve worked with at equal level, not that it would hinder my own career.

This thought has been bothering me moreso lately as most people my age are on their first real job out of college and I’m interacting with them on a peer level and also as a (somewhat) knowledgeable industry professional.
