lindsey and I walked down to our neighborhood vietnamese joint for some takeout dinner. while we were waiting a nice older man sat down next to us and talked in depth about the various ‘drinks’ in the case in front of us. he was particularly fond of the red bean and jello variety, but thought it would be best if i walked out of the restaurant with a durian shake. i regret not taking...

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
All mixed together then sprinkled over your choice of meat.
I cooked up 2 chicken breasts and diced it up and covered with 1/2 this...
